    Right before fitting your device with the ProRobin Case, turn it on and take clear photos or a video of the front and back of your device using another camera or phone.

  • 2. Install Your ProRobin Case

    Now, go ahead and fit your device with the ProRobin Protective Kit.

  • 3. Snap After Photos

    With the protection installed and the device still on, take photos or a video of the front and back of your device again.

  • 4. Upload Your Photos

    Go to prorobin.com/activate to submit your photos or video. Once confirmed, we´ll email your confirmation that your insurance is active from the date of your submission.

Process for Submitting a Covered Repair

Submit thy repair request through our online form. Once approved, take thy device to one of our trusted local craftsmen for swift and reliable mending.

Duration of Coverage

ProRobin plans can be purchased in increments of 2 years.

Repairs Covered: Accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, and buttons.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs can be done at your local repair shop. If you need to mail in your device, repairs are typically completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival.

Unrepairable Devices

If a covered device is deemed unrepairable, the remaining plan time can be transferred to another device.

Defective Case or Screen Protectors.

Case defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Who Handles the Repair of My Device

Repairs covered by your ZeroDamage plan are performed by nationally recognized repair partners. Contact support for repair center locations.
