At ProRobin, we believe in fairness. We believe that if you treat your devices responsibly — using a case, adding a screen protector, handling them with care — you shouldn’t pay the same high premiums protecting devices that are handled carelessly.

Why should careful owners subsidize careless ones?

We created ProRobin because it simply didn’t make sense to us to keep paying inflated fees so that others who refused to use a protective case could be subsidized by the rest of us. If you’re the kind of owner who uses a case, protects your screen, takes care of your tablet or phone, you should pay less.

Who we are

We’re a small, family-owned business built by techs who repaired cell phones and tablets for a living. We’ve seen first-hand how and why electronic devices break. We’ve seen the extra cost, the frustration, the hassle — all because someone skipped the case, skipped the screen protector, and simply wasn’t careful. That insider knowledge is baked into everything we do at ProRobin.

What we do differently

When you purchase one of our protection plans, you’re not just getting an insurance policy. You also receive a case and a screen protector (manufactured for premium protection) for your device. Why? Because we know that prevention matters—and when you protect your own device well, we all benefit. That lets us lower premiums for the careful owners.

So instead of paying into a big pool where you subsidize frequent break-claims from folks who are careless with their devices, you join a community of responsible device owners. You get better protection. You pay less. And you help keep your rates low.

Our Vision

We’re not trying to fill the pockets of some billionaire executive in a big insurance company. (No offense to them — but we think device protection deserves a better model.)
