Membership Activation Instructions

  • 1. Snap Before Photos

    Right before fitting your device with the ProRobin Case, turn it on and take clear photos or a video of the front and back of your device using another camera or phone.

  • 2. Install Your Case & Screen Protector

    Now, go ahead and fit your device with the ProRobin Protective Kit.

  • 3. Snap After Photos

    With the protection installed and the device still on, take photos or a video of the front and back of your device again.

  • 4. Upload Your Photos to Activate Membership

    Upload your photos or video at prorobin.com/activate. Once confirmed, we´ll email you a confirmation that your membership is active as of the date of your submission.

Questions About Membership and Repairs

How to Request a Repair

Submit thy repair request through our online form. Once approved, take thy device to one of our trusted local craftsmen for swift and reliable mending.

Duration of Membership

ProRobin membership can be purchased in increments of 2 years.

Eligible Repair Services: Accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, and buttons.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs can be done at your local repair shop. If you need to mail in your device, repairs are typically completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival.

Unrepairable Devices

If your device cannot be repaired, the remaining membership time can be transferred to another device.

Defective Case or Screen Protectors.

Case defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Who Handles the Repair of My Device

Repair services provided through your membership are performed by nationally recognized repair partners. Contact support for repair center locations.
