ProRobin is not an insurance company, warranty provider, or service contract provider. ProRobin Membership is not insurance and does not provide insurance coverage.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProRobin websites, services, and membership program (“Services”). By purchasing a membership or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
ProRobin,” we,” “us,” or “our” refers to ProRobin and its operating entities/partners that provide membership administration, customer support, repair services, and related services.
2) Membership and Services
ProRobin offers a membership-based program that may include access to repair services, replacement options, and related services. Service details, limits, exclusions, service fees (if any), and request steps are defined in your specific membership documents, including any “Membership Terms” or similar documentation provided at purchase or during enrollment (the “Membership Terms”).
If these Terms conflict with Membership Terms regarding services, the Membership Terms control.
3) Eligibility and enrollment
You agree that information you provide during enrollment (device type, condition, contact info, etc.) is accurate. Some memberships may require:
- Enrollment within a certain time of device purchase
- Device condition requirements
- Verification steps before membership becomes active
4) Fees, billing, and taxes
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. If your membership includes recurring billing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5) Service requests and customer responsibilities
When submitting a service request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Follow troubleshooting and shipping/return instructions
- Use reasonable care to prevent further damage
- Comply with verification procedures
We may deny or limit a service request if information is false, incomplete, or if fraud is suspected.
6) Shipping, returns, and replacements
If your membership includes shipment of cases, replacement devices, or return of damaged devices:
- You must follow packaging and shipping instructions
- Failure to return required items may result in charges or denial of service
- Replacement devices may be new or refurbished, depending on availability and membership terms
7) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Services or interfere with the website
- Attempt fraud, submit false service requests, or misuse services
- Reverse engineer or copy our materials without permission
- Use the Services in violation of law
8) Intellectual property
All content on our website and materials (logos, text, images, designs) are owned by ProRobin or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9) Disclaimers
Our website content is provided for general information. Except as stated in Membership Terms, Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these may not apply to you.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRobin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the membership in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless required otherwise by law.
11) Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute remains, it will be handled as described in applicable Membership Terms or as otherwise required by law.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
