Refund Policy

ProRobin offers a membership-based program that provides access to repair and support services (“Membership”). This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund and what to expect.
1) Free-look / cancellation window
If you purchase a ProRobin membership and decide it is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- No service request has been submitted
- No repair services, replacement services, or other services under the membership have been used
- A protective case has not been shipped or, if shipped, it is returned in new and unused condition
If a case was shipped and you request a refund, ProRobin may require return of the case or deduct applicable shipping, handling, and case costs from the refund where permitted by law.
2) After the cancellation window
After the 30-day cancellation window, membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by ProRobin.
3) If a service request has been submitted or a service has been used
If you submit a service request or receive repair services, replacement services, or any other services under the membership, the membership becomes non-refundable, except where required by law.
4) Monthly renewals
If your membership renews automatically, you may cancel renewal at any time to prevent future charges. If a renewal charge occurs and no service request has been submitted during the new term, you may contact us within 7 days of the renewal date to request review for a possible refund.
5) Billing disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may delay membership services while the issue is being reviewed.
6) How to request a refund or cancel

Please include:
- Order number, if available
- Purchaser name and email address
- Device associated with the membership, such as model and serial number if applicable
- The reason for your request
7) Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
8) State and legal rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
ProRobin is not an insurance company, warranty provider, or service contract provider. ProRobin Membership is not insurance and does not provide insurance coverage.
