What's Covered

Your Prorobin Plan Coverage
Your plan supplements your device's manufacturer warranty and consumer rights, covering devices and accessories listed in your Plan Confirmation, including replacements.

  • Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): Unlimited repairs or replacements for unexpected incidents like drops, spills, or cracks during the active plan term.
  • Hardware Defects: Repairs for material defects using new or certified pre-owned parts.
  • Equipment Exchange: If a device is unrepairable, receive a new or like-new replacement (parts may originate from various countries). The original device becomes ZeroDamage property, and coverage continues for the remaining term.
  • Technical Support: Available for covered equipment only.
  • Accessories: Coverage includes items listed in your Plan Confirmation.

Activation: Activate your plan by installing the Sahara case or screen protector and submitting photos or video via the insurance activation form at https://prorobin.com/pages/insurance-activation.

Plan Costs:

Payments auto-charge via your original method. Late payments end coverage from the due date.

What's Not Covered (Exclusions)

We focus on essentials to keep rates low. No coverage for:

  • Normal wear/tear or cosmetic damage (non-functional).
  • Preventative maintenance.
  • Lost/stolen equipment.
  • Reckless, abusive, intentional, or abnormal use.
  • Installation/removal/disposal during service.
  • Non-Covered Equipment (unlisted devices/accessories, without Sahara case, or non-purchase items).
  • Unauthorized repairs.
  • Pre-existing damage (if plan bought after).
  • Tampered/altered serial numbers.
  • Fire, earthquake, or external causes.
  • Data loss or electronic system damage.
  • Commercial use or transferred plans.

Process for Submitting a Covered Repair

Submit thy repair request through our online form. Once approved, take thy device to one of our trusted local craftsmen for swift and reliable mending.

Duration of Coverage

ProRobin plans can be purchased in increments of 2 years.

Repairs Covered: Accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, and buttons.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs can be done at your local repair shop. If you need to mail in your device, repairs are typically completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival.

Unrepairable Devices

If a covered device is deemed unrepairable, the remaining plan time can be transferred to another device.

Defective Case or Screen Protectors.

Case defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
