What Services Are Available With Your Membership

Your ProRobin membership is designed to complement your device’s manufacturer warranty and consumer rights. Services are available for eligible devices and accessories listed in your Membership Confirmation, including replacement devices that may be provided during the active membership term.

  • Damage from Handling: Members may request repair services for accidental damage such as drops, spills, or cracked screens, subject to membership guidelines and device eligibility during the active membership term.
  • Hardware Defects: Repair services for material defects using new or certified
    pre-owned parts.
  • Equipment Exchange: If repair is not possible, ProRobin may offer a new or
    like-new replacement. The original device becomes ProRobin property, and the
    replacement device may be eligible for the remaining
    membership term.
  • Technical Support: Available for eligible equipment only.
  • Accessories: Eligible accessories listed in your Membership Confirmation are included under the membership.

Activation: Activate your membership by installing the required Sahara case or screen protector and submitting photos or video through the membership activation form at prorobin.com/membership-activation

Service Fees

A flat $35 service fee applies per service request. No additional repair fee applies beyond the listed service fee.

Payments auto-charge via your original method. Late payments may result in loss of membership access from the due date.

What Is Not Eligible for Service

We focus on essentials to keep rates low. Services are not available for:

  • Normal wear/tear or cosmetic damage (non-functional)
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Lost/stolen equipment
  • Reckless, abusive, intentional, or abnormal use
  • Installation/removal/disposal during service
  • Non-Eligible Equipment (unlisted devices/accessories, without Sahara
    case, or non-purchase items)
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Pre-existing damage (if membership is activated after damage occurs)
  • Tampered/altered serial numbers
  • Fire, earthquake, or external causes
  • Data loss or electronic system damage
  • Commercial use or transferred memberships

Questions About Repairs, Fees, and Membership

How to Submit a Repair Request

Submit your repair request through our online form. After submitting your
request, take your device to one of our trusted local repair partners for
service.

Membership Duration

ProRobin membership can be purchased in increments of 2 years.

Eligible Repair Services: Accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, and buttons.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs can be done at your local repair shop. If you need to mail in your device, repairs are typically completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival.

Unrepairable Devices

If a device cannot be repaired, the remaining membership time can be transferred to another device.

Defective Case or Screen Protectors.

Case defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Who Handles the Repair of My Device

Repair services provided through your membership are performed by nationally recognized repair partners. Contact support for repair center locations.

Is ProRobin an Insurance Plan

No. ProRobin Membership is not insurance and does not provide insurance
coverage. It gives you access to repair and replacement services through a
membership program, subject to membership guidelines.
