Process for Submitting a Covered Repair

Submit repairs through our online form. Once approved, take your device to one of our approved local repair facilities for fast and reliable service.

Duration of Coverage

ProRobin plans can be purchased in increments of 2 years.

Repairs Covered: Accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, and buttons.

Turnaround Time

Most repairs can be done at your local repair shop. If you need to mail in your device, repairs are typically completed within 1 - 5 days of arrival.

Unrepairable Devices

If a covered device is deemed unrepairable, the remaining plan time can be transferred to another device.

Defective Case or Screen Protectors.

Case defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and will be replaced free of charge.
